 lighting effects have been toned down / blended on the arms and neck area.

 but not on the forearms nearest to fire

 pupils and tongue of ogre

 bubble gum tongue for doggie

 ogre staches...
 so I added some brown streaks and a little light dusting to them.

this fella reminds me of mickey rourke in some movie.

i suppose they look grittier now, which is better than before.
